Suggested Servings:
Children aged 3 and above and adults take one (1) gummy daily; females who are menstruating each month take two (2) gummies daily. Gummies should be chewed and not swallowed whole. Do not exceed the stated dose unless advised by a qualified nutritional or medical practitioner.
